  • 1. Product Description

    This product uses infrared reception technology and environmental compensation algorithm to measure the body temperature or object temperature, and at the same time, the temperature is compensated by using a distance sensor to achieve more accurate measurement.When using, you just need to align the detection window at the measured position to quickly and accurately measure the temperature of the human body or object.

    This product has the characteristics of wide measurement range, high accuracy, easy to use, easy to install, and high cost performance.

     

    2. Scope of application

    Suitable for infrared thermometers, temperature measuring doors, face recognition and temperature measurement all-in-one machines, gates, robots, area monitoring, and high-precision non-contact temperature measurement and other equipment.

     

    3. Performance indicators

    Supply voltage: DC5V±10%;   Measurement range: 32 ℃~42.9℃;

    Response time: <1S;        Operating temperature: 15 ℃~35℃;

    Measuring distance: 5 ~50CM;      Output method: serial port output TTL (Uart);

    Measurement accuracy: 20 ~ 50cm  The error is ±0.3℃.

     

    4. Serial port configuration

    1、  Default baud rate 115200, check bit  N、 Data bit 8, Stop bit 1;

    2、  Baud rate change settings:

    A、   Set module communication baud rate 9600

    Main control send: 0 xf0 0x4F 0x06 0Xef 0XEE

    The slave does not respond and needs to be powered off and restarted. The baud rate setting will take effect.

    B、   Set module communication baud rate 19200

    Main control send: 0 xf0 0x4F 0x07 0Xef 0XEE

    The slave does not respond and needs to be powered off and restarted before the baud rate setting is generated. /p>

    C、   Set module communication baud rate 38400

    Main control send: 0 xf0 0x4F 0x08 0Xef 0XEE

    8. Test value calculation method

    1、Temperature calculation (The three temperature calculation methods are the same ) .

    Temperature high bytes shift right by 8 bits (Or temperature high bytes multiplied by 256 ) +The temperature is low bytes, and then divided by 100, the result unit is taken

    2、  Distance calculation

    Shift the distance from the high byte by 8 bits right (Or multiply the distance high byte by 256 ) +distance low bytes;The result units are millimeters (mm) .

     

    9. Things to note

    1、Before formal testing, it is best to power on and stabilize for 5 minutes;

    2、Stay away from heat sources;

    3、Used indoors to avoid direct sunlight;

    4、Prevent the probe from being squeezed and covered with dust, and the probe must not have any obstructions;

    5、The distance sensor cannot be blocked.
