  • 1. Product Introduction

    The working principle of the micro-pressure differential transmitter is that the pressure of the medium acts directly on the sensor's diaphragm, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro-displacement proportional to the pressure of the medium, causing the sensor's resistance to change, and use electronic circuits to detect this change, and convert and output a standard signal corresponding to this pressure.

    This product uses imported integrated chips, with wide voltage power supply, strong anti-interference ability, reverse connection protection, high accuracy, good stability, and can artificially correct zero points.

    The micro-pressure differential transmitter obtains the pressure difference between air and non-corrosive gas, and is suitable for various industrial automatic control environment fields such as HVAC, dust-free clean workshop, pipeline air supply, boiler negative pressure, oven boosting, ventilation equipment, fan control, variable air volume system, etc.

    8. Operation mode

    The sensor obtains the pressure difference value through the silicon piezoresistive element, which forms a linear 4-20 through the sensed deviation value. mA/0-5V/0-10V/RS485  Type Temperature compensation output signal.

     

    9. Mechanical Design

    A micro pressure differential transmitter consists of the following:

    1. Sensor housing fixing bracket, cable entry, movable buckle cover with safety screws

    2. Silicon piezoresistive components are used for force measurement

    Zero adjustment: clear and calibration

    Open the panel short button (1Within seconds )The zero point adjustment button can be cleared.

    (Please manually clear the zero while keeping it parallel to the installation method; please manually clear the zero while the positive and negative air intake ports are connected. )

    13. Installation method

     

    First use the back ruler to mark the installation hole position on the wall, and the drilling depth is 30 mm  of Ø6mm  Place the expansion tube on the wall hole, then open the snap of the micro-pressure differential transmitter and turn on the cover

    Cover, tap the screws  (ST3.5×25) Fix the designated seat on the wall through the fixing hole of the micro-voltage differential transmitter, connect the inlet and outlet wires through the waterproof connector, and finally cover the cover.

    Notice:

    No air duct connection device is provided during supply;

    Please read the instructions carefully and follow the wiring diagram. If the product is damaged due to wiring, it cannot be warranted.
